(Please don't pull a TL;DR, the very last bit about the yes or no polling is important...and I've waited about 2 days to post this....it took quite a bit of memory straining to type up XD)

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: A massive change is beneath our feet!
The New, Biggest HANONE project update is coming up under us as if from a volcano of rippling liquid chocolate! Mmm...chocolate......AHEM!
Anyways, here's the new idea(s) -
SPECIES :
The species there were originally to be weren't all that creative. Through several trial and error concepts, I have come up with the new main species for HANONE: The QUAGOON.
Sounds strange, right? Well, You'd be somewhat shocked to see this creature, though not so much shocked as where it got its name..
If you've got any ideas or comments for this
species, gimme a holler on my new e-mail, which I'll mention at the end of this post!
On to the....
GAMEPLAY MECHANICS :
The focus of this game will not only be RP, but for those who like both RP and tehcnical gaming, there will be a battle system and skill system.
The following stats and skill categories listed will be the main concept for the game.
SKILLS -
DSkill - Drawn skill. Powered by elements, usually consists of a defensive or offensive magic spell.
ASkill - Attack skill. Various physical (Melee) attacks. Depending on species, different attacks are attainable and performed in different ways.
PSkill - Party Skill. A skill effecting the whole party, or nearby members. Will be added with the party system in the later versions of the game.
BSkill - Build Skill. A skill raising a certain attribute. Usually auto-used by Various equipments.
STATS -
Stamina - # Affects health (HP) and endurance (DEF).
Mentality - # Affects magic power (MP) and magic/magic defense (M/MDEF).
Spirit - # Affects speed (SPD), Flight Speed (FSPD), and Strength (STR).
CONTROLS :
I've been thinking up a very rough outline for the controls to fit in with the gameplay mechanics. The reason I must list controls is for future coding referrence.
The controls will most likely be the following:
SPACEBAR - Jump
SPCBR + SPCBR - Double Jump
SPCBR + F - Flight (Wings/Float only)
W, A, S, D - Forward, Turn Left, Backward, Turn Right
L - Emotes, Actions
J - Friendlist
P - Party List
O - Bio
C - Character Info / Stats
H - Skills
Click (Ground) - Move to position
Click (Enemy) - Select
Double Click (Ground/Air) - Fly to position
Double Click (Enemy/NPC) - Attack/Speak with
ALT + Click (Player) - Bring up menu holding:
- Request Friend
- Request Party
- Request Mate
- Follow
- Interact-
|___Greet
|___Chase off
|___Block
|___Mate with (Mate only, will pop up Y/N choice for mate)
|___Request To be Offspring (Recently mated creature only. Request must be from a Newborn or Infant creature)
A NOTE: Don't worry kids, it won't show the creatures actually mating. I'll work a way around it with an idea to do with magic...I promise.. xD
